1- REQUIREMENTS for NEW WATER Connection
Please provide following documents
for approval of New Water Connection.
- New Water Connection Form. (Obtainable from CBC).
- Copy of National Identity Card.
- Copy of site plan.
- Copy of No Demand Certificate (CBC) or Tax Paid
Receipt.
- Copy of Building Completion Letter.
- Copy of Building Approval Letter.
- DHA fresh transfer letter.
TWO SET OF ALL DOCUMENTS
After approval please collects the
New Water Connection papers from CBC Water Supply Directorate; you are requested
to complete following procedure after collection of papers:-
- Connection Charges
- Payable
to CBC.
- Road Restoration Charges
- Depending on
the width of road.
- Laying of pipe of water supply line across the road
- Owner’s responsibility.

Following documents are forwarded by
DHA.
- Letter to CEO, CBC
- Architectural drawings 6. Nos.
- Form AB
- Transfer letter / lease documents
- Site plan
After received in CBC. Following
steps are taken for approval
- Scrutiny fee is calculated by building control cell,
CBC.
- After payment of scrutiny fee and other charges, case
is referred to MEO for NOC from municipal point of view.
- After received from MEO along with NOC / endorsed. The
case is placed in building committee for approval of CBC.
- After approval of building committee, the final approved building plan is issued.
Approval of building plan
commercial
Following documents are forwarded by
DHA.
- Letter to CEO, CBC
- Architectural drawings 6. Nos.
- Form AB
- Transfer letter / lease documents
- Site plan
After received in CBC following
steps will be taken for approval.
- Scrutiny fee is calculated by building control cell,
CBC.
- After payment of scrutiny fee and other charges, case
is referred to MEO for NOC from municipal point of view.
- After received from MEO along with NOC / endorsed. The
case is placed in building committee for approval of CBC.
- Structural drawings signed by registered structural
engineer.
- Structural calculation signed by registered structural
engineer.
- Soil investigation report signed by registered geo
technical engineer.
- Vetting fee will be deposited by owner / leassee
- After vetting of structural drawings and confirmation
of board’s final approved building plan will be issued.
- Betterment charges will be applied along with scrutiny fee and other charges.
Extension of time
residential
- Application addressed to CEO, CBC.
- Current photographs of building / bungalow may be
provided.
- Fee for extension of Rs. 10000/- each extension and
debris clearance fee 25000/- up to 200 sq yds. 201 to 500 sq yds Rs. 35000/-
and towards Rs. 40000/-
- All dues should be cleared up to current financial
year.
- Completion plan fee will be applied Rs.10000/- up to
100 sq yds. And towards Rs. 20000/- and betterment charges @ Rs. 15/- per sft
on total covered area in sft.
- Site report may required for issuance of completion plan by concerned engineer / inspector.
Extension of time

- Application addressed to CEO, CBC.
- Current photographs of building / bungalow may
provided.
- Fee for extension of Rs. 10000/- each extension and debris clearance fee 25000/- up to 100sq yds 101 to 2000sq yds Rs. 50000/-

Completion Plan
Residential
After being forwarded by DHA to CBC.
- Form-6 signed by registered / original architect /
owner.
- 4. Current photographs of bungalow showing front
elevation / footpath / ramp / berm.
- All dues should be cleared up to current financial
year.
- Completion plan fee will be applied Rs. 10000/- up to 500 sq. yds. And towards Rs. 20000/-
Completion Plan
Commercial
After being forwarded by DHA to CBC.
- Form 4&6 signed by registered / original architect
/ engineer / owner.
- 4. Current photographs of bungalow showing front
elevation.
- All dues should be cleared up to current financial
year.
- Completion plan fee will be applied Rs. 10000/- up to
100 sq. yds. And towards Rs. 20000/- and betterment charges @ Rs. 15/- per
sft. On total covered area in sft.
- Site report may required for issuance of completion plan by concerned engineer / inspector.
6-REQUIREMENT
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The following documents/information
should be supplied:-
- Application form duly completed and signed (obtainable
from the office on payment of Rs. 25/-)
- Birth report from the hospital (if situated within the
limits of Clifton Cantonment)
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 20/-
duly attested by Oath Commissioner / 1st Class Magistrate, if the case is late
by more than one month.
- If the birth takes place at home (only situated within
the limits of Clifton Cantonment) verification from the area Councilor.
Affidavit on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 20= to the effect, duly
attested by Oath Commissioner / 1st Class Magistrate, L.H.V. / Doctor Report.
- Copies of National Identity Card of father and mother
of the child and that of the person making report.
- In case of birth of foreigners, photo copies of
passport of the parents of the child may be attached.
- Copy of NIC of Grand. father(if alive)
Note: In case of late information by more than
30 days, Rs. 200/- per annum is charged as fine along
with certificate fee i.e. 100/=
7- REQUIREMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEATH
CERTIFICATE
The following documents/information
should be supplied:-
- Application form duly completed and signed (obtainable
from the office on payment of Rs. 25/-)
- Death report from the hospital (if situated within the
limits of Clifton Cantonment)
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 20/-
duly attested by Oath Commissioner / 1st Class Magistrate, if the case is late
by more than one month.
- If the death takes place at home (only situated within
the limits of Clifton Cantonment) verification from the area Councilor.
Affidavit on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 20= to the effect, duly
attested by Oath Commissioner / 1st Class Magistrate, Doctor Report and Grave
Yard report.
- Photo copy of N.I.C of the deceased along with photo
copy of N.I.C of the person making report.
- In case of death of foreigners, photo copies of
passport of the deceased may be attached.
- No. of copies of death certificate required.
Note: In
case of late information by more than 30 days, Rs. 200/- per Annum is charged as fine.
