Cantonment board Clifton is public sector organization for the welfare which has been offering a variety of civic amenities to the cantonment residents. In the health sector CBC has been emphasizing on provision of the basic health facilities to the residents of the Cantt. Area and bazaar area colonies, through its two operating health centers establish in 1975 and 1983 at phase 2, DHA and other at khayaban-e- Jami, bazaar area.

Other than basic health facilities, provision of extra health facilities makes CBC different from the other cantonments of the region. Some eminent health facilities include X-Ray facility, ultrasound facility, general and special lab investigation, E.C.G and Vaccination etc.

Besides this, the homeopathic Department is also offering valuable services for patients under the supervision of a qualified homeopathic doctor and other homeopathic staff. Having these prominent extra facilities availed at these health centers that are particular with Clifton Cantt, the number of patients have been observed on an increasing trend in both the health centers on Y-o-Y basis.

Both the health centers are operating with qualifies doctors and skilled paramedics to strengthen and furnish the performance of health centers. In the days of calamity/ rain emergency, some special arrangements are also carried out to deal with different emergency cases on 24 hours basis.

From time to time, Cantonment board Clifton also take an indeed participation in FREE MEDICAL CAMPS ensuring maximum possible contribution and providing general health facilities. The peculiarity of these health centers is that it is well equipped with modern technological equipments for the diagnosis of different epidemic diseases like hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Malaria, Tuberculosis etc. Now CBC Bazar Area has been aiming to expand the health facilities at a broader canvas. For this a purpose built building is on the way of construction on the completion of which the residents will avail a large variety of medical services.
