Cantonment Board Clifton has embarked upon decentralized services and has established Wi-Fi internet linked Facilitation Centre at CC-38, Street 10, Khy-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA, for the convenience of the residents of CBC with these facilities.

 

Further, the main office can be contacted through CBC Facilitation Centre for any service and consultation with the staff Telephone No: 021-35847831-32( Ext 223) and  021-35847834 on any working day during office hours.

Incharge

Facilitation Centre

 

  • In charge and supervision of Facilitation Centre.
  • To keep in custody and to maintain the Dak, To keep administrative control in facilitation centre. Responsible to look after the smooth operation/function of facilitation centre. To encounter the problems of general public and to facilitate them at the extreme point. To ensure the smooth operation of reception and to increase the working potential of receptionist. To ensure smooth disposal if internal and external Dak. To ensure in time proper manual and computerized data entry.                                   
  • Any other duty assigned by the Cantonment Executive Officer, Clifton Cantonment.
2. Receptionist
  • To deal with general public, receiving of Dak and to provide proper guidance. Responsible to record all received Dak in receipt register. Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/Incharge.        
3.  Complaint Receiving  Clerk
 
  • To deal with general public and to provide proper guidance regarding building control and street lights. Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
4. Data Entry Operator
  • To enter all receipts/Dak received from general public/Govt offices in time. Typing work assigned by Incharge. Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
5. Billing Operator To issue bills to general public and to provide proper guidance. Typing work assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
6. Manual Data Entry      Clerk        
  • To ensure daily entries into Dispatch register and mark them correctly/accordingly.
  • Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
7 Internal Dispatcher To ensure distribution of daily Dak (internal) properly. Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
8 External Dispatcher To ensure distribution of daily Dak (external) properly. Any other duty assigned by Assistant Secretary/ Incharge.
