                      E-Complaint Management System( ECMS )

Cantonment Board Clifton has embarked upon decentralized services and has established E-Complaint Centre at Nisar Shaheed Park opposite Nadra office, Phase IV, DHA, Karachi for the convenience of the residents of CBC with some groundbreaking facilities. The E-Complaint Centre is fully functional and serving with exemplary zeal. Complaints regarding the following array of services can be lodged online via filling online complaint form on CBC website, via e-mail at e-cc@cbc.gov.pk, via telephone or by visiting the E-Complaint Centre:

REVENUE

  • Issuance of bills
  • Collection of paid bills from bank
  • Tax collection / recovery
  • Issuance of NDC
  • Issuance of NOC
  • Receipt of notice of building completion for assessment of building

WATER SUPPLY

  • Water line blockade
  • Water Bowzer complaint
  • Complaint regarding suction pump
  • New Water Connection
   

ENGINEERING

  • R/M of Road, Manhole, water leakages
  • Street lights
  • Building plans,completion certificate of building
  • Reciept of letters for extension in period of building plan

SANITATION

  • Sewerage, sanitation, drain
