Clifton has embarked upon decentralized services and has established E-Complaint
Centre at Nisar Shaheed Park opposite Nadra office, Phase IV, DHA, Karachi for
the convenience of the residents of CBC with some groundbreaking facilities. The
E-Complaint Centre is fully functional and serving with exemplary zeal.
Complaints regarding the following array of services can be lodged online via
filling online complaint form on CBC website, via e-mail at e-cc@cbc.gov.pk, via
telephone or by visiting the E-Complaint Centre:
