Approval of Building Plans Approval

Approve the building plans from Municipal point of view for the areas falls in the jurisdiction of CBC (Residential & Commercial).
Fee structure of same is annexed herewith.

Approval of Completion Plans

Issue the completion building plan from Municipal point of view for the areas falls in the jurisdiction of CBC (Residential & Commercial).
Fee structure of same is annexed herewith.

Demolition Permission

Issue the demolition permission after fulfilling all the codal formalities for the areas falls in the jurisdiction of CBC (Residential & Commercial).

Fee structure of same is annexed herewith.

Extension of Time

Issue the extension of time for the completion of construction if lessee / owner apply well in time (a month before expire of building plan (Residential & Commercial).
Fee structure of same is annexed herewith.

Building Plans / Completion plans for the plots situated in DHA area will submit the case through DHA Karachi office. The plans other than DHA i.e Block 8&9 KDA Scheme-5, etc will directly submit the case in the CBC office.

FEE STRUCTURE BUILDING CONTROL CELL

BUILDING PLAN SCRUTINY FEE (residential/commercial):

• Proposed Building Plan 0.8% of total cost of construction of total covered area
• Other than DHA 3% of total cost of construction of total covered area.
• Revised Building Plan 0.4% of total cost of construction of total covered area.
• Other than DHA 1.5% of total cost of construction of total covered area.
