- Bifurcation of CBC area into 13x Sectors for better Management
- Preparation and updating of manual Record (Demand & collection Registers) for each and every property
- Comparative psychiatry of Budget Targets-REAL ACHIEVEMENT
Achievements (M.I.S Department)
- About 60 Client’s computer are connected to Main CBC Server
- Almost Branches have connected through this network others in process
- 32 CCTV Cameras have functional others in process
- 07 CCTV Cameras have installed in WW-5 hydrant
- Complain & Dispatch & receiving module of software is functional
- Complains module has been functional
- Water Bowzer software has been functional
- Network of E-complain Centre is functional with 11 computers
- Complain module & billing system running in E-Complain Centre
- Network connectivity has done by World Call
- Online Access of CCTV Cameras and can monitor from any where
- 24 hours CCTV Cameras recording & monitoring
- CBC New user friendly Website has been launched.
- Three hydrants of CBC and E-Complain Centre have connected online to main CBC office.
- Networking in all branches of CBC and provide internet facility
Future plan
- All remote office of CBC will be connected each other
- To implement upcoming new software new by DG ML&C
- Organizing training of the employees and officers for subjects related to Information Technology and Computerization
- To implement SMS system for the residence of DHA
- To implement computerized security plan
- Installation of CCTV Cameras in All office CBC
- To Computerized all manual works of branches
